Meet the Founder of Acquisition Academy
Our founder, Shayan Kerai, has been buying and investing in businesses since 2012. He now runs a family office & holding company of small and medium businesses, focused on commercial real estate, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Multifamily, Restaruants, Gas Stations, ECom Biznesses You name it.
Point being: Shayan knows his sh*t when it comes to building wealth.
Origin story
Shayan is a Father, Husband, Brother First.
Born to uneducated immigrant parents, Shayan's family lived paycheck to paycheck throughout his childhood. With the help of FAMILY his parents were able to become first time entrepreneurs. Determined to change the quality of his family's lives, Shayan was the first one in generations to go to college and hence change the trajectory of his family as a second generation entrepreneur (BLESSED).
Early on, Shayan Lost $1,000,000 on a failed business startup. He remembered what his dad told him: Always buy currently running businesses. This drove led him to buy, build and invest in multiple businesses.
Now, Shayan intends to change the lives of those like who he used to be, determined action takers. Shayan learned the language of finance, dealmaking, mergers and acquisitions more by DOING rather than going to business school and getting dual bachelors.
Shayan wants to share what the KNOWLEDGE of money and freedom, to increase the quality of life for our future generations. People are okay with you doing well, just not better than them. They rather judge then help. This is why people are secretive about their success.
